As we dAddicts know, a lot of images going around depict butts, wear-and-tear faces of workers, coffee mugs and umbrellas and, while some (or a lot) of them might be excellent pictures, there is that special feeling when you gaze upon an image which conveys an entire story. It’s almost as if a still was taken from a movie with a fully developed story and characters and dropped in our laps. These images also include mysteries: How did this scene come to be? What happens afterwards? But, more than anything, these images make us understand that pictures have the potential to capture so much, it’s a pity how often they capture so little.

As is (occasionally) the custom, there will be two separate 13-image groups of featured photos and images created through pencillific, aquarellific or other, even more dubious, means. Let’s jump into them! Geronimo!

This particular deviant is, coincidentally, my brother. Lest you scream nepotism, I must remind you that he recently got a Daily Deviation, so his stuff has already been dA vetted. Last week, the focus was on his amazing drawings (no, seriously, go now, fav,capiche?), this week the time has come for a feature of his photography. His photo stuff offers a wide range of topics, ranging from beatiful, atmospheric street shots (some of them even starring yours truly!) to…Sheriff SpongeBob SqarePants. Dig. In.
